| Object: The research investigated the biology-psychosocial factor of ACS patients with depressive disorder. The research aims to provide the scientific data for elevating recognition ratio of ACS with depressive disorder and psychosocial intervention, to improve symptoms of ACS patients, as well as quality of life and physical and mental health. Methods: The subjects were 104 ACS patients in Cardiovascular Department in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2009 to September 2009. Study group included 33 ACS patients with depressive disorder. Control group included 71 ACS patients without depressive disorder. All the subjects themselves completed the following questionnaires: general condition questionnaire, HAD(d), SF-36 and MCMQ. And the densities of hsCRP were detected, utilizing t test,χ2 test, correlation analysis, multiple linear stepwise regression analysis to do the data analysis in SPSS 16.0.Results: (1)The rate of ACS patients with depressive disorder was 31.73%. (2)There were no statistical differences of general condition between study group and control group (P>0.05). (3)All the factor scores in SF-36 of study group were lower than those in control group (P<0.01). The score of HAD(d) was negatively correlated with all the factor scores of SF-36 (P < 0.01). (4)The scores of"confrontation"coping style in study group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). The scores of"avoidance"and"compromising"coping styles in study group were higher than those of control group (P<0.01). (5)The number of pathological change coronary artery in study group was more than that in control group (P<0.01). The densities of hsCRP in study group were more than those in control group (P<0.01). (6)Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that, negative association between the scores of HAD(d) and"confrontation"coping style, the scores of HAD(d) existed positive correlation with the densities of hsCRP and"avoidance"coping styles (R2=0.399,F=23.800,P<0.01).Conclusions: ACS with depressive disorder could lower the quality of life of ACS patients. ACS patients with depressive disorder prefered to choose"avoidance"and"compromising"coping styles other than to"confrontation"coping style. Depression was associated with the pathological change number of coronary artery, densities of hsCRP. |
