Flowing Satisfied Support Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation Pain

[Objective]:To observe the effection on treating lumbar disc herniatio pain by midnight-noon and ebb-flow doctrine na zhi fa[Methods]:There are altogether 65cases through the whole course of study.By using randomized,single-blind and comparative study,32 cases were divided into treatment group and 30 cases were divided into control group.Both were treated by acupuncture bladder meridian acupoints and other points after differentiation of symptoms and signs.Treat gourp were acupunctured at 3pm-5pm,and control group were treated at any time except 3pm -5pm.The clinical effect and the influence on the all symptoms and signs score and Symbol McGill pain score were studied.[Result]:1) The total effective rate of treatment group is 93.75%and control group is 86.67%;2) Clinical control rate of treatment group is 15.63%and control group is 10.00%;3) Each value he all symptoms and signs score and Symbol McGill pain score is improved obviously and there is significant difference between these two groups(P＜0.05).[Conclusion]:The effect of the abirritation on treating lumbar disc herniatio by na zhi fa is better than that of ordinary acupuncture.
