Objective:By comparing the performance of infrared radiation track meridian along heart meridian(heart meridian IRRTM)at WUSHI(11:00-13:00,qi and blood exubera nt hour of HT)and heart meridian IRRTM at non-WUSHI(qi and blood downhill h our of HT)and analysing the impact of electroacupuncture(EA)Shenmen(HT7)at d ifferent times on the performance of heart meridian IRRTM and its relationship with internal effect.To provide a scientific basis for the theory of Chinese medicine mer idian and Nazi-Method of midnight-noon ebb-flow(MNEF)use in clinical.Methods:32 cases of healthy volunteers were adopted as research object.Quze(PC 3).The experiments proceed at WUSHI and non-WUSHI respectively and the course of two experiments are no different.Under the condition of hypoxia inhalation,EA HT7 the yuan-primary point of heart meridian,utilizing Infrared thermal imager det ected the change of heart meridian IRRTM under four states of natural state,hypoxi a inhalation,EA HT7 and after cease needle 10 minutes,compare the feature of hea rt meridian IRRTM and the change of surface temperature of lingdao(HT4)and shao hai(HT3)at different times,and compare the effect of EA on them at different time s.At the same time,employing an ICG monitor mearsure the various indexes of car diac function,analyze the effect of EA HT7 on the characteristics of cardiac functio n for acute hypoxia healthy volunteers with Nazi-Method of MNEF.Results:1.The feature of heart meridian IRRTM and the effect of EA on heart meridian IR RTM at different times.(1)In natural state,the emerging rate of heart meridian IRRTM at WUSHI and non-WUSHI are no different.(2)The performance of heart meridian IRRTM under natural state at WUSHI and no n-WUSHI are different.The difference is mainly manifested on the body surface te mperature of the heart meridian IRRTM.The body surface temperature of the heart meridian IRRTM at non-WUSHI was obviously higher than that of WUSHI on most of the subjects.(3)EA HT7 can make the heart meridian IRRTM body surface temperature of acute hypoxia healthy volunteers drop either WUSHI or not,and the heart meridian IRRT M trajectory become indistinct.After cease needle 10 minutes,the heart meridian IR RTM trajectory return to natural state at WUSHI and it has no obvious difference compare to the state of inhaling low oxygen at non-WUSHI.2.The body surface temperature of HT4 and HT3 and the effects of EA on them a t different times.(1)In natural state,WUSHI compared with non-WUSHI,the body surface temperatu re of HT4 and HT3 had no obvious difference(P>0.05).(2)The body surface temperature of HT4 and HT3 are all increased slightly after h ypoxia inhalation at WUSHI and non-WUSHI.There was no statistically significant difference between the hypoxia inhalation and natural state(P>0.05).Electroacupunctu ring can reduce the body surface temperature of HT4 and HT3 either WUSHI or no t(HT4 P<0.01,HT3 at WUSHI P<0.05,HT3 at non-WUSHI P>0.05).After cease n eedle 10 minutes,the body surface temperature of HT4 and HT3 were higher than EA HT7 either WUSHI or not,but there were no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).3.The effect of EA HT7 on the cardiac function of acute hypoxia healthy volunteer s with nazi-method of MNEF.(1)Comparing to the natural state,after the hypoxia inhalation,healthy volunteers'CO,CI and HR were significantly increased and showed a significant differenceeithe r at WUSHI or not(P<0.01).And SVR,SVRI were significantly reduced than the natural state(P<0.01 or P<0.05).EA HT7 on the basis of hypoxia inhalation,CO,CI,HR were significantly decreased and SVR,SVRI were significantly increased co mpared with the hypoxia inhalation either at WUSHI or not(P<0.01).After cease n eedle 10 minutes,CO,CI,and HR are higher than EA HT7(P<0.05 or P>0.05),w hile the SVR and SVRI will decrease compare with EA HT7(P>0.05).(2)From the point of difference value,the effect of EA HT7 on CO,CI,SVR,SVR I and HR of acute hypoxia healthy volunteers at WUSHI were greater than the effe ct of non-WUSHI.Conclusion:1.The performance of heart meridian IRRTM are different at different time(qi and blood exuberant hour of heart meridian and qi and blood downhill hour of heart me ridian).This suggests that the heart meridian IRRTM has certainly time rhythmicity and confirmed that the meridian have time dynamics nature.2.EA HT7 the yuan-primary point of heart meridian can reduce the increase of the surface temperature of meridian IRRTM and higher CO,CI,HR caused by acute hyp oxia,and marked increase lower SVR,SVRI caused by acute hypoxia simultaneously.This suggests that acupuncture can improve the skewness caused by acute hypoxia and enhance the body of hypoxia tolerance.3.The regulation of EA HT7 at WUSHI to the skewness of cardiac function caused by acute hypoxia is greater than EA HT7 at non-WUSHI.This suggests that acupu ncture treatment has a time specificity,qi and blood exuberant hour of meridians the curative effect of acupuncture is superior to the qi and blood downhill hour of mer idians.
