| Intention: Probe into the clinical utilizations and theoretical descriptions of Dachengqi Decoction, include and analyze Dachengqi Decoctions clinical regular patterns , summarize the essence and mechanism of Dachengqi Decoction's clinical utilizations to explain Dachengqi Decoction's mechanism of regulating the Qi in the body and provide the relevant research nowadays with trains of thoughts.Method: Collect 264 medical books before Qing dynasty which describe Dachengqi Decoction, with classical writings and famous elaborations. And sum up the Dachengqi Decoction's symptoms, pathology and methods of treatment ,according to the classified system in《National Standard·Classification and Codes of Diseases and Syndrome of TCM》. Descriptions like similar theories, same cases, which are uncompleted and untrue are eliminated.Meaning: Diseases which could be removed by Dachengqi Decoction are all have a same mechanism; Dachengqi Decoction is not only the medicine of get down dry stools; The medicine can cure more people like children or lying-in women. Dachengqi Decoction's clinical treating mechanism is harmonizing the movements of the Qi, not poking down the dry stools only. |
