This paper take the hotel staff's occupational health as object, using method combining theory and practice and through questionnaires and interviews access to hotel staff occupational characteristics, living habits, stress, health and job satisfaction, and other first-hand information, then using scientific analysis software to analysis information reserved. and based on the standpoint of satisfaction.with a purpose to help the hotel managers adopt efficient measures to protect staff's occupational health.This paper is divided into six parts, each of which reads as follows:The first part, Introduction. The main content of this part is the introduction of hotel staff's occupational health issues and how these issues raised, the paper's methodology, research significance, as well as the main content and structure arrangements.Part II, Review. From the perspective of occupational health and employee satisfaction,this article provided the preconditions for research.both at home and abroad in the relevant fields.The third part, Theoretical foundation and related concepts. This part described four main basic theory, named occupational stress theory, the theory needs levels, expectations theory and two-factor theory;related concepts are as follow:health and sub-health,occupational health and sub-health professional, occupational diseases, employee satisfaction and other related concepts.The fourth part, Survey.of the hotel staff's occupational health This paper studies into the priorities and difficulties. Through questionnaires and interviews of hotel employees in the form of the living habits and health status of statistical analysis. Investigation of factors including staff awareness of occupational health regulations, work overtime,daily life habits,sleep,physical health,health status,physical symptoms,satisfaction with the working environment and occupational pressure.The fourth part,Survey of the hotel staff's occupational health. This part investigated living habits and occupational health conditions of the hotel staff through questionnaires, survey objects about staff are as follow: the recognition about relevant laws and regulations, overtime, living habits, sleep, health, occupational diseases, working environment and career pressure situation. This part play a very important part in this study.Part VII,Conclusion.this part introduce the shortcomings and inadequacie of this paper, the major conclusions,the content and follow-up study and the inspiration.
