Objective: The research of Urumqi region will lead to a city seven district center for disease control and prevention at the county level public health physician career satisfaction,find out the influence factors of public health physician job satisfaction in Urumqi region,for its countermeasures are put forward.Methods: This study chooses the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire(Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire,MSQ)short form scale,using the method of cluster sampling to collect data,the result of the Questionnaire data statistical analysis using SPSS 21.0 software.Using multi-factor analysis of variance,regression analysis,correlation analysis and other statistical method,the investigation object of gender,working years,educational background,professional title,professional,place the unit level,jobs,working years,income,and so on 15 independent variable variance analysis and description,and study the correlation between job satisfaction and,finally,in based on the results of this study,found the problem,analyzing problem,combined with the actual proposed targeted solutions,improving public health physician career satisfaction.Results: 380 questionnaires were issued,380 valid questionnaires were recovered,and the recovery rate was 100%.Overall,Urumqi region public health physician job satisfaction is not high,different age,marital status,where jobs,specialty,income,is engaged in the work time of public health in public health physician score differences between significant(P<0.05),the influencing factors of job satisfaction has a title,age,in the public health work time and income,especially the income level is the biggest factors that affect job satisfaction.Conclusion: Urumqi district CDC in the configuration of the imbalance in human resources,team overall quality is not high,title ratio,(assistant)practicing doctors' qualifications forensics rate is low,so compared to explore a reasonable title promotion ways and methods,to strengthen public health personnel's professional skills training and reserve.
