Objective:To observe the clinical effect and safety of Xiao zhi tang in treating the adipositas of MS.Method:On the same basic treatment,using this prescription and metformin to treat adipositas of MS respectively,courses of treatment are both 3 months,to observe the changing of the clinical symptom,BMI,WC,BP,blood sugar and blood fat, evaluating the clinical effect and safety of Xiao zhi tang.Result:The total effective rate of the treat group is 75%while the control group is 61.1%,both the treat group and control group all have significant improvement on WC,BMI,blood sugar,blood fat(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Xiao zhi tang has the effect that improving the clinical symptom,retrieving the disorder condition of blood sugar and blood fat.
