Objective: To study this topic is the ShuGan away warts decoction "in the treatmentof liver stomach type verrucous gastritis with the clinical curative effect.Methods: Cross-sectional survey, epidemiology scene investigation methods, to60cases verrucous gastritis into two groups at random.30patients in the trial, give Chinesemedicine one (from ShuGan away to warts soup) treatment, water frying to300ml,temperature in the morning and take150ml, day one agent;30cases in, give prilosecmagnesium enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride treatment twice a day, every day,every time20mg. During treatment are not other drugs for stomach. Observe both groupsof patients before and after treatment efficacy of symptoms, pulse change under the tongueand gastroscope gastric mucosa change.Results: Clinical studies show that, the treatment group and control group symptomsof traditional Chinese medical syndrome effective rate was90.00%and73.33%, with thetotal effective rate of curative effect to83.33%and66.67%, respectively, HP clearancerates were61.54%and28.00%, two groups of curative effect are significant differencecompared (P <0.05). The treatment group can significantly improve patients with approachthe pain, the pain even approach the full bilge, two threat, swallowed acid noisy, belchsymptoms, its curative effect is better than the control group.Conclusion: The Zi-ni-shu-gan-xiao-you-tang to treatment verrucous gastritis withtraditional Chinese medicine dialectical liver stomach type, can significantly improve theclinical symptoms, with gastric mucosa change under the remarkable curative effect andcan effectively remove HP, no obvious adverse reaction and toxicity, the clinical curativeeffect is accurate.
