| Objective To observe the effect of tongxieyaofang & banxiaxiexintang in treating diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome(D-IBS).Methods Using tongxieyaofang & banxiaxiexintang to treat 34 patients with D-IBS.The therapeutic course was 1 month.The changes of clinical symptom and the quality of life were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate was 94.11%.The clinical symptoms and quality of life were significantly improved after treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion tongxieyaofang & banxiaxiexintang has the effect of improving the life quality and clinical symptom in treating D-IBS. |
