| Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of the therapy for H.Pylori infection (da mpness-heat type) in children by taking Modified Banxiaxiexintang.In order to improv e the clinical efficacy of H.pylori infection and enrich treatment methods.Methods:Select 60 patients with H.Pylori-positive and have gastrointestinal sy-mptoms in children and randomly divide into the test group (A,using Modified Banxiaxiexinta ng) with 30 cases and the control group(B,using"Triple therapy")with 30 cases. The to tal course of treatment are all 4 weeks.Observe and comp-are the negative conversion rate of H.pylori 4 weeks later than the end of treatment, and changes in symptoms an d signs before and after treatment for 2 weeks and 4 weeks of two groups.Then evalu ate the effects of symptoms and the total effects of two groups. Statistical analysis was performed by SPSS 18.0.Results: ①To compare the clear effect of H.pylori:A group have 19 cases transfered negative,and B group have 26 cases; There was significant difference between 2 groups (P<0.05);The negative turning rate of B(86.67%) is better than A(63.33%);②After 2 a nd 4 weeks of treatment,symptoms of 2 groups all improved (all P<0.01); there was si gnificant difference between 2 groups and the curative effect of A is better than B(all P<0.05);③To compare the total effects of two groups:among A group there are 5 reco very cases,12 excellent cases,10 effective cases, while among Bthe number are 2,10 and 14.The total effective rate of A is 90.00% and B is 86.67%. There was no signifi cant difference between 2 groups (P>0.05).Conclusions:Modified Banxiaxiexintang have a certain degree effect of killing H.pylor i and significantly improve the gastrointestinal symptoms and tongue picture. However, the efficacy of syndrome of Modified Banxiaxiexintang is better than "Triple therapy".I t have exact effects and no side effect.It is worth promoting and utilizing afterwards. |
