Clinical Study Of The Emotional State Of Women Of Childbearing Age Irregular Menstruation

Objective:In order to direct clinical psychogenic behavior intervention for purpose of improving women's living quality,the author explores the connection between irregular Menstruation and Traditional Chinese Medicine's liver-channel symptom of women of child-bearing age,by ways of analysis of emotion state of women of child-bearing age who suffer from irregular menstrual,also by study of connection between irregular Menstruation and emotion state of women of child-bearing age,and its causation and characteristics of this symptom.Methods:The research object focuses on women between 18 to 40,who received treatment in Hospital attached to Chengdu Traditional Chinese Medicine University from August 2007 to December 2007.The women surveyed are selected according to bring-into criterion and exclusion criterion of both irregular menstrual sufferer and non-irregular menstrual sufferer among women of child-bearing age. The questionnaire survey is carried out through spot checking and researching the informants who accord with the bring-into criterion,as well as Stat by frequence analysis,Analysis of Variance,wilcoxon and Logistic regression analysis by using "questionnaire of menstrual complexion of women of child-bearing age " and "questionnaire of ERSG".Results:1.Distinct difference exists in education background,marriage status,and induced abortion experience between irregular menstrual sufferer and non-irregular menstrual sufferer among women of child-bearing age.2.Distinct difference exists in emotion between irregular menstrual sufferer and non- irregular menstrual sufferer among women of child-bearing age.The main emotion state of irregular menstrual sufferer among women of child-bearing age focuses on being prone to feel tension,splenetic,and breast pain.3.The emotion state is different resulting from different symptom of irregular menstrual sufferer among women of child-bearing age.The symptom for menstrual advacing,menstrual nimiety and menstrual irregulation reflects to liver-channel symptom and worrying symptom,while the symptom for menstrual suspense and menstrual decreasing reflects to dumps symptom.Conclusion:The irregular menstrual sufferers of child-bearing women show distinct emotional abnormality.If we adjust their emotion respectively,the Psychological Pressure can be eased while irregular Menstruation can be reduced,which is meaningful for the better life and reproductive health of child-bearing women. Moreover most of the irregular menstrual sufferers show liver-channel symptom.It might be great helpful if the chinese medicine intervention is adopted by "liver governs the flow of Qi,emotional adjustment"。...
