| Objective:To explore further mechanism of emotional effect on angina pectoris and a new method of treating angina pectoris from the point of adjusting emotion.Method:40 angina pectoris'patients who have emotion of sorrow-anxiety were divided randomly into two groups:the treatment group(21cases)and the control group(19 cases).The control group was dosed routine western medicine;the treatment group was dosed Chaihu Shugan San on the basic of routine western medicine.The changes of clinical symptom complex, cardiogram,vascular endotheliocyte function were observed respectively after 4 weeks and analyzed statistically.Results:The treatment group was better than the control group in aspect of improving the symptom complex and FMD(P<0.05),also in improving fullness in the chest and hypochondrium, susceptible sigh,insomnia and dreaminess, ET-1(P<0.01). Conclusion:abnormal emotion can affect the occurence and development of angina pectoris by influencing vascular endotheliocyte function.
