Gui Qi Erchen Modified Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis Exacerbation Of Dls, Guilty Of A Certificate Of Phlegm On Recent Clinical Study

Objective: We observed and objectively appraised the effect of GuiqierchenTang added to the onset of perennial allergic rhinitis with the pattern of the Qi insufficiency in lung ang spleen,phlegm-rheum attacking upwards, and discussed the action mechanism preliminarily, had a knowledge of the advantage in treating this disease with Guiqierchen Tang added and accumulated some material for treating perennial allergic rhinitis with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: This clinical study was carried out in three stages. In the first stagewe made a study scheme. According to the standard made by some import books, we made all the standards and targets. According to the recent teaching material of statistics we fixed the number of patients. The second stage was a clinic study one. According to a random number table, we divided the patients into two groups: the test group were treated with Guiqierchen Tang, and the control group were treated with loratading tablet. During the therapeutic period, we observed the changes of the patients. Clinic study was made in the second stage, including collecting patients, grouping randomly and then giving corresponding treatment and taking notekeeping. The collected data were marshaled, then settled down statistically and analyzed in the third stage.Results: The result shows that the total efficacy of the test group comparingwith that of the control group, according to the statistical analyze , P<0.05. It implies that there are differences in the total efficacy between Guiqierchen Tang and loratading. Comparing the distinct efficacy of the two groups, P<0.05, these implies that the recent efficacy of Guiqierchen Tang added to the onset of allergic rhinitis with the pattern of the Qi insufficiency in lung ang spleen, phlegm-rheum attacking upwards excels that of loratading.Conclusion: The study shows that the pattern of the Qi insufficiency in lungang spleen, phlegm-rheum attacking upwards is a common pattern in patients with allergic rhinitis, and the basic pathologic segment is phlegm-rheum attacking upwards. The patients' symptoms caused by perennial allergic rhinitis can be ameliorated obviously in a short period by taking Guiqierchen Tang added. The study tells that Guiqierchen Tang added is definitely effective to allergic rhinitis in stage of attack, worthy of attaching more importance and further study to it.
