| Objective: To study the efficacy and pharmacological mechansm of ZiniShengYuTang Decoction in patients with woman Chloasma .Method: 57 patients with Chloasma were divided into two groups randomly, including treatment group and control group . ZiniShengYuTang Decoction was used in treatment group and VitC, VitE were used in control group respectively, as well as observing changes of skin lesion and symptoms and adverse effects.Result: (1)The total disease effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group (86. 7%) compared with that in control group(37.1% , P<0.01). (2) After therapy, the treatment group can all alleviate the clinical symptoms, the improvement of average area and color of Chloasma, and insomnia, tiredness and constipation in the treatment group are superior to those in the control group. (3) Two group cases had no adverse effects.Conclusion: There is satisfied curative effect using ZiniShengYuTang Decoction to treating women Chloasma . Results suggested that ZiniShengYuTang Decoction was responsible for satisfying results in patients with Chloasma through various different pharmacological mechanisms. |
