Observing The Clinical Curative Efficacy Of Li Qi Quban Decoction To Treat Chiloasma

Objective:Through observing the clinical curative efficacy of Li Qi Quban decoction to treat chloasma, studying the system and theories of Chinese Medicine Treatment on chloasma and the advantages of the Li Qi Quban decoction, furthermore studying the mechanism of the treatment of relieving Qi Stagnancy in Liver.Methods:The examples chosen in this article are typical chloasma patients who came to the Beauty Section of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from January2010to January2011and were treated liver-qi stagnation syndrome according to Chinese Medicine treatment. Patients were randomly divided into two groups:30in treatment group, take the soup one dose in twice/day;30in control group, taking Vitamin C orallylg,once/day. Both groups were in3months for a course of treatment, then the changes of the symptoms, the skin damage scale, and the color of skin before were observed.Results:The clinical efficacy rates of the former is87%,the latter is only63%, The difference was significant compared the two groups (P<0.05)this indicates the treatment group’s curative efficacy is superior to the latter. After the treatment, skin damage score of the treatment group is1.07±1.01.and the latter is2.70±1.64,the comparison shows the treatment group is superior to the control groupin in improving the patients’chloasm skin damage scale and the area integral.Conclusion:(1)Li Qi Quban Decoction can improve the symptoms of chloasma significantly(2)Li Qi Quban Decoction is better than the control group in improving the patients’chloasm skin damage scale and the area integral.
