Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Chloasma Of Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency By Yurong Huaban Decoction Combined With E-Light

Objective: In this study,we used a randomized controlled method to observe the clinical efficacy of Yuronghuaxian Decoction combined with E-light in the treatment of liver and kidney yin deficiency type chloasma,aiming at providing clinical basis and new ideas for the combined treatment of chloasma.Methods: The patients included in the study were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with Yuronghuaxue Decoction combined with E-light,and the control group was treated with vitamin C and vitamin E on the basis of E-light.After 12 weeks of continuous treatment in both groups,the skin lesions and symptom scores before and after treatment were compared to evaluate the efficacy of the two treatment regimens.All data in this study were statistically analyzed using spss22.0.RESULTS: The study completed 69 clinical cases,of which 35 cases were actually completed in the treatment group,10 cases were clinically cured,17 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were improved,4 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 91.43%,and the over-exposure rate was 77.14%.In the control group,34 cases were actually completed,4 cases were clinically cured,14 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were improved,and 10 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 70.56%,and the cure rate was 52.94%.(1)Total efficacy analysis: After the end of the treatment period,the total effective rate and the onset rate of the two groups were statistically analyzed,and the difference was statistically significant.(2)Comparison of skin lesions between the two groups before and after treatment: After treatment for one course of treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in lesion area,color and total score between the two groups;after treatment for 2 courses,between the two groups There was no statistically significant difference in skin lesion color,but the difference in lesion area and total score was statistically significant.After treatment for 3 courses,the lesion area,color and total score were compared between the two groups.Statistical significance.(3)Comparison between the two groups before and after treatment: The lesion area,color and total score of the treatment group after 1 course of treatment,2 courses of treatment,and 3 courses of treatment were compared with those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant.In the control group,after 1 course of treatment,2 courses,3 courses,the skin lesion area,color and total score were compared with those before treatment.There was no significant difference after treatment for 1 course of treatment.After 3 courses,the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:This study showed that the two groups of treatments improved the facial skin lesions in patients with chloasma,and the effect was more significant with the treatment time;at the same time,the total effective rate and the cure rate of the treatment group were significantly better than the control group.The onset time was also significantly shorter than that of the control group;therefore,this study showed that Yurong Huaxue Decoction combined with E-light treatment of liver and kidney yin deficiency type chloasma has the advantages of quick onset,good curative effect and less adverse reactions.The feasible scheme of chloasma is worthy of further study in order to promote its application.
