Objective: To observe the efficacy of Xiaojin Wan in the treatment of the chronic nonbacteria prostatitis with phlegm, dampness and blockage of blood stasis and seek the function of XiaojinWan on CNP model rats, as well as to search its possible role in the mechanism further.Methods : Clinical observe :80 patients suffered from CNP with phlegm, dampness and blockage of blood stasis were randomly divided into two groups, : 40 cases in the treatment group received Xiaojin Wan and 40 cases in the control group received Celecoxib Capsules. The research duration was 4 weeks. CNP with phlegm, dampness and blockage of blood stasis symptom scale and NIH-CPSI Clinical symptom efficacy scale to the quality of living was used to evaluate the efficacy. Experiment research: The model rats were challenged by ventral prostate injection with complete Freund's adjuvant (CFA), and become the CAP model rats. And the model rats were divided into six groups: a blank group, model group, control group, XiaojinWan high dose group, XiaojinWan middle dose group, XiaojinWan low dose group. After one week, the three XiaojinWan groups were treated by XiaojinWan high dose, middle dose, low dose ; Use Celecoxib for the control group; Use pure water for the blank group and model group for twenty-eight days . Observe their pathological changes on prostate tissue, then detect the expression of IL-10 and TNF-αin the prostate tissue by immunohistochemical technique combined with graphics and video analysis system.Results : Clinical observe : after four weeks, The treated group is more better than the control group in the symptom improvement, and there is notable difference in the comparation of efficacy; in the NIH-CPSI Clinical symptom efficacy scale to the quality of living, the treatment of the two groups all relieve the can Clinical symptom and the treated group is better than the control group (P<0.05). Experiment research: the expression of IL-10 and TNF-αfor CAP model rats in prostate tissue was observed in the six groups: Blank group with a difference compared to the control group ; Xiaojin Wan high/middle/low dose group, the model group and the control group also with a significant difference compared to blank group ; Xiaojin Wan high dose group, middle dose group and the control group were significantly lower than the model group ; There is no statistical difference between Xiaojin Wan low dose group and model group . Conclusion : XiaojinWan has a remarkable action for CAP with phlegm, dampness and blockage of blood stasis, and it is more better than the Celecoxib Capsules, the action role is related to inhibiting the expression of IL-10 and TNF-αin prostate tissue. |
