Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of the traditional Chinese medicine in the treating wet heat type acne, as well as genealogical approach mechanism that traditional Chinese medicine manage of wet heat type acne from theory and clinical research.Methods: To select 70 pour patients who consistent with denominator of internalize, the patients are randomly divided in two groups. 35 cases in treatment group, treated with traditional Chinese medicine, mane et vesper all one time, by mouth, 35 cases in control group. treated with the antidotal acne pill, every time 6g, ter in die, for oral use the course of treatment was eight weeks.Results : The clinical research discover that the total effective rate in the treatment group and control group was 77.14% and 62.8% respectively, the total effective rate in the treatment group obviously outstrip the control group, the analysis of statistics between them show significant difference (P<0. 05), the treatment group manifest amelioration pruritus,allay, as well the con- focus of infection cipher manifest decrease.Conclusions: It is effective and safe for treating the wet heat type acne.
