Purpose: To investigate the clinical effects of the raditional Chinese medicine in the treating wet heat type pustular psoriasis of the palms and soles, as well as genealogical approach mechanism that traditional Chinese medicine manage of wet heat type pustular psoriasis of the palms and soles from theory and clinical research.Method: To select 60 patients with wet heat type pustular psoriasis of the palms and soles ,one who are randomly divided in two groups. One group treated with traditional Chinese medicine, two times one day,to be taken respectively in the morning and evening.Another group are treated with qingre jiedu pills,3 times one day.4 weeks are one period,treatment time is 8 weeks.Result: The clinical research has showed that the total effective rate in the treatment group and control group was 76.67% and 63.33% respectively, the total effective rate in the former obviously is higher the latter group, the statistical analysis between them has shown the significant difference (P<0.05).Treatment group can obviously improve the itching, pustular scale the erythema.Conclusion: It is effective and safe for treating the wet heat pustular psoriasis of the palms and soles with the former method.
