| Objectives: In order to explore effect of Chinese medicine on clinical treatment and analyze their mechanism, theory of Chinese medicine is applied to study the clinical syndrome and the mechanism of Viral myocarditis.Methods: 38 patients with viral myocarditis who were diagnosed as Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis and Pathogenic Factor Syndrome were treated with Shuxin capsule, which compared to control group treated with the recognized West medicine.Results: Total efficiency is 89.47%, including 42.11% of common efficiency, 31.58% of higher efficiency and 15.79% of cure rate when patients with Viral myocarditis were treated with Shuxin capsule. The treatment efficiency is significantly higher ( P<0.05 ) in experimental group than control group especially in improving syndrome, decreasing myocardial enzyme and extrasystole.Conclusions: The treatment efficiency of Shuxin capsule is better than that of West medicine. The results showed that the methods of Yiqihuoxue and Qingrejiedu are effective way to treat Viral myocarditis. |
