This topic explains the essence of the spleen qi deficiency syndrome makes qi and blood's deficience from theories and experimental research. And provide the modern biology basis for the spleen produces blood. The first part: research of theoriesComposition:1.Made system's summary to the Chinese medicine about spleen's understanding.2.From the physiological function and the physiological characteristic elaborated the spleen being source of qi and blood by Chinese medicine's view.3.Made summary to the modern research development in spleen being source of qi and blood in detail.Significance: Provides the theory basis for this topic's experimental study. The second part: research of experimentalObjective: This research reveals modern biological foundation of"The spleen is source of Qi and blood"by the experimental study on the content changes of CD34+ in marrow and SCF in serum in rice with deficiency syndrome of the spleen-Qi. Furtherly, it indicates the pathological essence of deficiency syndrome of the spleen-Qi, and provides biological basis for treatment of blood disease. Methods: The experimental research was based on the theories studies of"The spleen is source of Qi and blood"and the changes of multi-organs and multi-systems in the spleen deficiency syndrome in rice was built by injecting benzene in subcutaneous tissue.CD34+ in bone marrow was detected by direct immunofluorescence as biomarkers. The contents of SCF in serum were detected by ELISA.Result: Compared with the control groups, peripheral blood and CD34+ in bone marrow and content of SCF in serum reduced obviously. Compared with the blood deficiency rice, CD34+ in bone marrow and content of SCF in serum in the spleen-Qi deficiency rice were lower than that. Conclusions: CD34+ in bone marrow and content of SCF inserum of deficiency syndrome of the spleen-Qi in rice decreased obviously.
