Fore weeks were set as a treatment courseas well as the interval of this clinical observation. In accordance with assessment criteria including WOMAC score table, NRS and the guiding principles of clinical research of new Chinese medicine drugs, we observed the improvement of pain, stiffness, joint movement and TCM syndromes together with safety. Data was processed by the statistic software of SPSS17.0.Results:After fore weeks of treatment, the scores of the two groups including NRS, WOMAC, TCM syndromes were all lower than those before the treatment obviously, and the comparisons between scores after and before the treatment were of statistic significance, showing the effect of relieving pain, stiffness of knee joint and soreness and weakness of waist and knees together with improving the movement function of the two group within which the efficacy of treatment group was better than the other group. Total effective rate of the treatment group was93.33%and the control group86.21%. Good rate of the treatment group was70.00%and the other group41.38%. Comparisons of the two couples of above figures were of statistic significance with P<0.05. Conclusion:1.
