A Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Fetal Disturbance With Constipation (blood Deficiency And Yin Deficiency Syndrome) With Integrated Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine

Purpose: lactulose combined with anfusiwu decoction was used to treat restless fetal movement and constipation(blood deficiency and Yin deficiency syndrome),and the control group was set up for observation and comparison of efficacy,to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of lactulose combined with anfusiwu decoction in treating restless fetal movement and constipation(blood deficiency and Yin deficiency syndrome).The theoretical basis of the therapeutic effect of lactulose combined with antaisiwu decoction in treating dysphasia and constipation(syndrome of blood deficiency and Yin deficiency)was expounded.And summarize the clinical application progress of this method.Materials and methods: 80 patients in the center of shenyang penetration in the hospital outpatient service of department of gynaecology uneasy merger collected quickened constipation(blood deficiency Yin deficient syndrome)patients in clinic serial number were randomly divided into treatment group and control group which combines traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine,combining Chinese and western medicine treatment group by lactulose combining Ann foetus four tonga subtraction treatment,control group adopts pure oral lactulose.After 3 courses of treatment,the overall TCM syndrome score,individual TCM syndrome score and total effective rate of patients before and after treatment were counted.Spss17.0 software was used for statistical analysis to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results: 1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in age,gestational age,gestational age,constipation course,initial TCM syndrome score and other aspects between the treatment group and the control group(all p>0.05).2.After treatment,the total effective rate of the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group was 94.74%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 79.49%.After treatment,the efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),indicating that the clinical efficacy of the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group was better than that of the control group.3.After treatment,the overall syndrome scores of the two groups were improved,but the improvement of the treatment group(18.92±0.45)was significantly better than that of the control group(12.72±0.63),with statistically significant difference(p<0.05).The results showed that the two treatment methods could improve the dysphasia of fetal movement combined with constipation(blood deficiency and Yin deficiency syndrome),and the curative effect was better in the treatment group.4.After treatment,the single syndrome score of the two groups was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,indicating that the single syndrome effect of the integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group in the improvement of fetal unrest combined with constipation(blood deficiency and Yin deficiency syndrome),and the effect was more accurate with the increase of treatment course.Conclusion: 1.The total effective rate of lactulose combined with antaisiwu decoction in the treatment of restless fetal movement combined with constipation(blood deficiency and Yin deficiency syndrome)was superior to that of the control group(94.74%vs79.49%),with obvious clinical effect and worthy of promotion.2.Lactulose combined with antaisiwu decoction in the treatment of restless fetal movement combined with constipation(syndrome of blood deficiency and Yin deficiency),the overall syndrome score and single syndrome score of TCM were significantly improved,and the clinical effect was significantly better than that of the control group.3.Lactilose combined with antaisiwu decoction has a benign effect and no obvious adverse reactions in the treatment of restless fetal movement combined with constipation(blood deficiency and Yin deficiency syndrome).
