Arm: Quchi, Binao and the connection arm midpoint. Leg: Fengshi, Biguan, Futu. Once aday, for 5 consecutive future rest on the 2nd, two weeks as a treatment for a total of two course of treatment, Otopoint admitted Jidian, Kedian, Neifenmi, Shenmen, Sanjiao, Kou, Dachang, Pi, Wei and put pressure Wangbuliuxing with the Guasha and patients with severe restrictions during the diet, with daily movement requirements at least 45 minutes. Observed before and after treatment in patients with body weight, BMI, sebum levels, waist, hip, WHR, the change in obesity and evaluated from different angles.Result: 150 patients before and after treatment of patients with body weight is 82.40±17.65kg and 79.61±16.84kg, BMI is 30.13±3.93 kg/m2, and 29.12±3.78 kg/m2, respectively cortex content is 36.25±4.19% and 35.13±4.21 %, respectively, waist circumference is 95.16±12.56cm and 93.04±12.21cm, Hips were 108.64±8.75cm and 107.10±8.47cm, waist-hip ratio is 0.87±0.07 and 0.87±0.07, the difference between the groups was significant (p<0.01), that combination therapy of acupuncture in patients with the obesity indicators have improved efficacy better. In addition, Comprehensive acupuncture therapy on patients with severe obesity effect better, in patients with severe obesity best effect, significant differences between the groups P<0.05; effective than male female obese patients, significant differences between the groups P<0.0001; 18-30 years and 31-60 years of age patients are also effective, 18-30 year old obese patients with better than 31-60 years old, significant differences between the groups P <0.0001; have no family history and family obese patients are effective, efficient 81.82% respectively, and 85.85%, the difference was not statistically significant; abdominal obesity and abdominal obesity patients were nonsignificant effect, and there is no statistical significance, but patients with abdominal obesity efficient men and women were 100%, 77.42% of male patients with abdominal obesity than women, significant differences between the groups P<0.001;cortex with a high concentration of high levels of the patients were significant difference between the two not obvious, but the cortex in patients with high content of the men and women efficiency is 96.00%, 83.72%, the male cortex in patients with high efficacy superior to women, significant differences between the groups P<0.001.Conclusion:①Comprehensive acupuncture therapy on obese patients of the obese lose weight indicators have improved efficacy better,②integrated acupuncture therapy for patients with severe obesity superior efficacy in patients with mild to moderate obesity, the effect of male patients than female, 18-30 years of age with a good effect on patients with abdominal obesity men than women, cortex in patients with high male than female. Whether family history, whether abdominal obesity, high content and high cortex of the effect not affected. |
