Observation Of The Clinical Efficacy Of The Overall Meridians Of Acupuncture For Treatment Of Simple Abdominal Obesity

Objective:To observe and evaluate the overall treatment of simple abdominal obesity with acupuncture meridians in clinical treatment.Methods:60 patients with simple abdominal obesity patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group,30 cases of 30 patients.Treatment group,the overall use of the meridian acupuncture treatment, the control group using conventional acupuncture,before and after treatment, waist circumference(WC),hip circumference,waist hip ratio(WHR),body weight, body mass index (BMI) changes,obesity degree,fat percentage (F%),classification of obesity,etc.and this study'clinical effect were observedResults:(1)Observed result:After treatment, the two groups on the treatment of simple abdominal obesity have significant effects (p<0.01). the treatment group decreased in patients with simple abdominal obesity waist circumference(WC) and fat percentage (F%)was significantly better than the control group efficacy (p<0.01),and reduced the patient's hip,waist hip ratio (WHR),body weight, body mass index (BMI), obesity degree,and classification of obesity,which the effects are better than the control group (p<0.05).(2)Efficacy Evaluation:Reference to the "Simple Obesity efficacy and evaluation standard",the treatment group was 33.33%cure rate,markedly effective rate was 40.00%,efficiency 23.33%,and total effective rate was 96.67%.But control group was 20.00%,markedly effective rate was 23.33%,efficiency 43.33%,and total effective rate was 86.67%,the rank sum test showed that the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).and the effect of simple obesity treatment is superior to the control group.By abdominal obesity efficacy evaluation standard, the efficiency of the treatment group was 53.33%,efficiency 40.33%,and total effective rate was 96.6%;but control group was 16.67%,efficiency 70.0%,the total effective rate was 86.67%.The rank sum test showed that the results of two groups is highly statistically significant difference (p<0.01).Showed that the treatment group, curative effect of abdominal obesity was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:(1)The whole meridian acupuncture and the routine acupuncture on simple obesity are very good therapeutic effect, but the whole meridian acupuncture is superior to the conventional acupuncture.(2)In the treatment of abdominal obesity, the whole meridian acupuncture have obvious effects,and was significantly better than conventional acupuncture.(3)The whole meridian acupuncture treatment of simple abdominal obesity, obvious effect, the operation is simple,safe and no side effects,patient compliance and well tolerated, has a rational, scientific,is an effective treatment.Should be promoted and further exploration.
