Objective:Ankylosing spondylitis(AS)was a mainly chronic inflammation of sacroiliac joint and central axis,agnogenic autoimmune diseases,as the traditional chinese medicine "rheumatism involving bone","obstinate arthralgia",or "renal arthralgia" among of "arthralgia zheng".Inflammation was now recognized the most basic,the most important pathological process that runs through,the development of AS, therefore,early and effective control over inflammatory injury to curb the development of disease,improve the prognosis was of importantsignificance.Hydra Moxibustion was a traditional method of external treatment,and more for "consumption diseases" and "obstinate arthralgia".The topic adopted early Hydra moxibustion treatment of AS.The changes before and after treatment were observed in patients with symptoms and signs,physical and chemical indicators and inflammatory cytokines.To investigate Hydra moxibustion treatment of early AS mechanism for clinical treatment of AS provide a powerful experimental basis.Methods:60 patients with early diagnosis of AS,randomly divided into the observation groups and the control groups;each with 30 cases,were from outpatient rehabilitation of Xiaogan centre hospital,Hubei Provincial.the observation groups treatment of Hydra moxibustion for one week,four times as a course of,treatment;the control group treatment of acupuncture Jiaji point every other day,15 times as a course of treatment.Three consecutive course of treatment assessment curative effect;and comparison of the two groups before and after treatment in patients with symptoms, signs and inflammatory cytokines changes.Results:1.Two sets of clinical efficacy,the observation group cure rate was 30.0,percent, the total effective rate was 93.3 percent;control group cure rate was 10.0 percent,the total effective rate was 73.3 percent.There were'significant difference(P＜0.05).The observation group effect was better than the control group.2.The main symptom score of two groups before and after treatment were improved significantly.The main symptoms score before treatment was no significant difference in points,and after treatment was significantly lower in points.Compared with before treatment,the observation group after treatment dropped more significantly,there was very significant difference(P＜0.01);Compared with the control group,there was significant difference(P＜0.05)3.The main signs score of two groups before and after treatment were improved significantly.The main signs score before treatment was no significant difference in points,and after treatment was significantly lower in points.Compared with before treatment,the observation Group after treatment dropped more significantly,there was very significant difference(P＜0.01);Compared with the control group,there was significant differences(P＜0.05～0.01).4.The observation Group after treatment with ESR,CRP levels were significantly reduced,and compared with the before treatment,there was very significant difference(P＜0.01);compared with the control group,there was significant difference(P＜0.05).The control group after treatment with ESR,CRP levels also decreased,but significantly lower than the treatment group,compared with before treatment,there was significant difference(P＜0.05～0.01).Hydra moxibustion can significantly reduce ESR,CRP levels in AS patients,and better than the control group.5.The observation Group after treatment with Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), Interleukin-12(IL-12)levels was significantly reduced,and compared with the before treatment,there was very significant,difference(P＜0.01),compared with the control group,there were very significant difference(P＜0.01).The control group after treatment with TNF-α,IL-12 levels also decreased,but significantly lower,than the treatment group,compared with before treatment,there was significant difference (P＜0.05).Hydra moxibustion can significantly reduce TNF-α,IL-12 levels in AS patients,and better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Hydra moxibustion treatment of early ankylosing spondylitis had significant effect,and better than the control group.2.Hydra moxibustion can be significantly reduced in patients with pain and improve symptoms,and better than the control group.3.Hydra moxibtistion can be significantly reduced in patients with ESR,CRP levels,and better than the control group.4.Hydra moxibustion can be significantly reduced in patients with serum TNF-α, IL-12 levels,thus effectively reduced the effect of inflammatory cytokines.
