Clinical Observation On Treating Ankylosing Spondylitis With Separated Aconite Cake Moxibustion Dumai Meridian Combined With Acupuncture

ObjectiveIn this study,by observing the therapeutic index of separated aconite cake moxibustion Dumai Meridian combined with acupuncture group,objective evaluation of its efficacy,for the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis clinical treatment programs to provide more effective and safer and reliable treatment.MethodsIn this study,60 patients were included in the diagnostic criteria for ankylosing spondylitis.Randomized controlled study was used to randomly divide the patients into a treatment group(separated aconite cake moxibustion Dumai Meridian combined with acupuncture group)and a control group(moxibustion combined with acupuncture group),with 30 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were treated 3 courses,6 days after continuous treatment and rest one day,this is a course of treatment.Before and after treatment,the patients were respectively scored on TCM symptoms and signs grading scale,visual analogue score(VAS),Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis disease activity index(BASDAI),Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis functional index(BASFI),Sleep Status Self-rating Scale(SRSS).After completing the data collection and finishing work,we use SPSS22.0 software to do statistical analysis.ResultsThe two groups of patients before treatment of gender,age,duration and other general information were compared,the results showed no significant difference(P> 0.05),indicating comparability between groups.Before treatment,the two groups of patients were quantified score of TCM symptoms and signs grading scale,VAS score,BASDAI score,BASFI score and SRSS score baseline comparison,the results showed no significant difference(P> 0.05),indicating comparability between groups.After treatment,the two groups were compared within the group.The scores of TCM symptoms and signs grading scale,VAS score,BASDAI score,BASFI score and SRSS score in both groups were improved after treatment,the results showed that the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),indicating that both groups have a significant effect.The differences between the two groups before and after treatment were compared among the groups,and the results suggested that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The overall efficacy of the two groups,the total effective rate was 96.6% in the treatment group,the control group,the total effective rate was 90%,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion1.Separated aconite cake moxibustion Dumai Meridian combined with acupuncture group(treatment group)and moxibustion combined with acupuncture group(control group)for the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis,have a significant effect2.The comparison of two groups in relieve symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,reducing pain,improving disease activity index and functional index,improving sleep status,the treatment group is better than the control group.3.This study shows that separated aconite cake moxibustion Dumai Meridian combined with acupuncture treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of patients with better clinical efficacy,it is worthy of clinical application.
