The Dog Days Of Acupoint Application Intervention In Adult Asthma Clinical Observation

ObjectiveAccording to the view of the overall conception of TCM and maintenance Yang in spring and summer,maintenance Yin in autumn and winter.Apply on the points in dog—days to prevent and treat non-acute adult asthma.To observe the influence on clinical effect and IgE,EOS of KeChuanSanFu—pastes (KCSF)by applying on the points(DaZhui,DingChuan,TianTu,FeiShu,PiShu,ShenShu)of patients with non-acute asthma,and compare with the control group, researching the clinical and its possible mechanism,providing theoretical basis for feasibility of KCSF from improvement and in order to prevent and treat asthma.MethodsClinical dataChoice 60 cases at the standards included from clinica.60 cases all came from out—patients in Respiratory Medicine Department of WuHan Hospital of TCM from July 2007 and were randomly divided into two groups,one was observation group,another was comparison group,each group had 30 cases.Observe methodsThe observation group was given KCSF that was produced by Medical Preparation Department of WuHan Hospital of TCM,was applied on the points on dog—days;the comparison group was given nothing on dog—days,follow-up time for six months, observe the influence on clinical effect and IgE,EOS of KeChuanSanFu—pastes(KCSF). All cases were divided by the Tradition Chinese Medicine asthma remission.KeChuanSanFu—pastes were composed by Herdra Mastard,Herba Ephedrae, Asarum sieboidii,Ginger,Herba Santalum etc.They were ground to the powder and soaked in the oil,and were refined to the electuary oilment that was produced by Medical Preparation Department of Wuhan Hospital of TCM.The observation period began from July of 2007 to December of 2007,total six months.The observation groups applied gapping 10 days,10 days,20 days,and totally three times,24 hours each time(DaZhui,DingChuan,TianTu,FeiShu,PiShu,ShenShu). In the observation period,gave other treatments no longer.But in observation period,if the part of asthma case had attack to outbreak,to give the corresponding therapy.In addition,measuring the levels of IgE,EOS in blood of the two adult groups at the same time,observing the times of common cold and asthma arise and the degree of it respectively before treatment and six months later to observe the change.After the observation had ended,sticks on the clinical symptoms and the above target change around separately to two groups of cases counts the software with SPSS 13.0 to carry on the group and group's comparison.Result1.Two group of patients clinical comprehensive curative effect analysis:Treatment group total effectiveness is 86.67%,control group total effectiveness is 56.67%,after statistics processing,P＜0.05,two groups of curative effects has the remarkable difference,the treatment group surpasses the control group.2.Two groups of patients single curative effect analysis:The two groups to the cough,the expectorate,spontaneous sweating fear wind's total effectiveness have the significance difference(P＜0.05),the treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group;To pants asthenia total effectiveness to have the unusual significance difference (P＜0.01),the treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group obviously.Two groups the total effectiveness non-significance difference which to the respite, the chest feels suffocated stuffily(P＞0.05),two groups of curative effects equal.3.Two groups of patients the blood IgE level&the blood EOS level not obvious difference before treat,after the treatment,the observation group and the control group comparing has the significance difference(P＜0.05).4.Aims at the treatment group common target,between the curative effect and the sex,the age,the course,relational non-statistics significancc(P＞0.05).Explained that the acupuncture point sticks on the group to intervcne the non-acute attack asthma patient's curative effect in the crowd sex,the age,the course not obvious difference,.in addition the method to be worth to promote in the crowd.5.In view of the treatment group,Chinese medicine during dialectical minute group the comparison,the treatment group curative effect and the Chinese medicine dialectical minute relations have statistics significance(P＜0.05).Explained that the acupuncture point sticks on the group to intervene the non-acute attack asthma patient's curative effect for the lung weak surpassing the temperament to the spleen weak and the kidney weak.6.Secure appraisal analysis:In the observation,the treatment group not yet to discover the uneffect cases.ConclusionKCSF—pastes may improve patient's symptom effectively,around the intervention,the comparison has the remarkable difference with the control group comparison(P＜0.05).The therapy of acupuncture point in summer to treat winter sickness on the intervention asthma curative effect,may improve patient's symptom,the enhancement organism immunity,the enhancement organism defense function,delays the condition to progress,reduces the lung harm,this traditional technology is worth promoting.
