Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) for the clinical commonchronic diseases of the liver, often accompanied by obesity, diabetes andhyperlipidemia caused, if not implement effective treatment may developliver cirrhosis, and modern medicine for their pathogenesis mechanism isnot clear, the diagnosis of a unified standards-based, in the treatment ofmovement and control diet based mainly in the treatment of primary disease,and in the medical treatment used for Differential Treatment methods, andwe have had good effect.To the literature on this subject on the basis of the disease Syndrome,Syndrome type, the further deepening of the disease etiology, pathogenesis,and treatment of the disease reference Differential Treatment.Papers included in Western and chinese medicine literature review andclinical research.Western medicine literature review of non-alcoholic fatty liver diseaseof the latest research, mainly from disease prevalence, hazards, diagnosis,treatment were analyzed. Chinese literature review, mainly from the ChineseName for its research, etiology, pathogenesis research and treatment ofvarious Chinese medicine.Clinical observation of the collection of out-patient diagnosis of 128cases of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in patients with a Chineseempirical data, to be divided Liver Depression and spleen deficiency andhepatobiliary hot and humid, phlegm turbid retention 3 types, analysis anddistribution of overweight, diabetes, Hyperlipidemia, of the relationshipbetween the clinical。Results: Men 53 cases, 75 cases of women. 21-year-oldage minimum, maximum 69 years.
