Based On The Literature Review Of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver The Relevant Research Between Prescription And Syndrome

Objective:Retrieving literature on the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver prescriptions,to collect and sum up.Collecting documents that meet the requirements,To find the correlation between its prescription and its type.Methods:Retrieval of prescription literature published in the database for the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver from January 2014 to December2018,Syndrome differentiation in statistical literature,frequency of medication,type of medication,clinical symptoms,pathogeny,tongue moss,Pulse,statistics of the drugs,Four Natures and Five Flavours etc.Relevant data.Analysis of common types of Non-alcoholic Liver,Rule of medication treatment.Results:After searching and summarizing the literature,screening of 133 eligible documents yielded the following results:1.A total of 11 types of syndromes were mentioned in the literature,Among them,the most obtained type is syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis,syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis,pattern of liver depression and spleen deficiency,dampness phlegm syndrom-e,syndrome of dampnessheat etc.2.Among the 133 literature on prescription therapy,the high to low frequency of the drug is Peach Seed,Salvia Root,oriental waterplan-t ain rhizome,haw,oriental waterplantain rhizome,poria,orange peel,liquorice root,cassia seed,turmeric root tuber ect.classification of drug types.The higher frequency used is activate blood and resolve sta-sis,tonifying medicinal,dampness-draining diuretic medicinal,Qi regulating dugs,digestant medicinal,heat-clearing medicinal,ect.3.46 articles on symptoms,295 articles.Organizing and summarizi-ng.There are 26 symptoms.The most common is hypochondriac pain,anorexia,dispiritedness and lassitude,abdominal distension and fullness,tired and sleepy,stool disorders.1.122 articles on the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,from high to low respectively is Blood stasis,phlegmatic hygrosis,stagnation of qi,spleen deficiency etc.2.A total of 33 documents refer to tongue and veins,the common tongue image is purple tongue,pale tongue,red tongue,pale red tongue etc.Common moss is white moss,thin moss,greasy coating etc.The common pulse is wiry pulse,unsmooth pulse,slippery pulse,moderate pulse etc.3.According to the analysis of the statistics of the drugs,the four natures and five flavours can be analyzed.It can be concluded that the drug conversion from high to low is liver,spleen,heart,stomach,kidney etc.The five flavors of the drug are in order is bitter,sweet,hot etc.The four natures of the drug from high to low are: cold,warm,flat,cool.Conclusion:1.The main pathogenic factors of non-alcoholic fatty liver may be phlegm dampness,Qi stagnation and blood stasis.2.The common clinical manifestations of non-alcoholic fatty liver are coarousal pain,loss of appetite,fatigue,burnout,abdominal distension,and non-adjustment of stool.3.Clinical use of liver management spleen,dehumidification,phlegm,blood stasis and turbid as the main method,medicine with bitter,sweet taste,liver and spleen mainly.
