Type Of Lung Cancer Of Tcm And Tnm Stage Correlation Study

[ObjectIVe] The study will observe TCM symptom-sign of each stage lung cancerby clinical observation to guide diagnosis of TCM symptom-sign, therapeuticprinciple and clinical medication of lung cancer.We will also approach the rule ofdetermination of treatment based in pathogenesis obtained through differentiation ofsymptoms and signs,promoting the development of TCM symptom-sign.[Methods] In the study retrospectIVe method and prospectIVe method werecombined, 111 lung cancer patients which were consistent with bringing into standardwere collected.International TNM staging,Ka's score and differentiation of symptomsand signs for classification of syndrome of TCM were done. Patients' clinicalsymptoms were scored according to lung cancer symptom classify quantizationtable.The data were dealed with SPSS software, and then conclusion was got.[Results] There was no significant difference in pattern of syndrome between eachpatho-type. There was also no significant difference between patho-type andInternational TNM staging. There was significant difference in pattern of syndromebetween each International TNM staging, so International TNM staging related with.TCM pattern of syndrome.QiXuTanShi pattern was common in patients of I stage,andQiXueYuZhi pattern was common in patients ofⅣstage. There was significantdifference in symptom classify quantization score between each pattern of syndrome.There was no significant difference between QiXuTanShi and YinXuReDu.The samebetween QiXuTanShi and QiYinLiangXu, YinXuReDu and QiYinLiangXu. Therewas significant difference between QiXuTanShi and QiXueYuZhi, YinXuReDu andQiXueYuZhi, QiYinLiangXu and. Patients' symptom classify quantization score inQiXueYuZhi pattern was obviously higher than other three patterns. There wassignificant difference in symptom classify quantization score between each stage ofInternational TNM staging.So the score related with the stage. There was significantdifference betweenⅠstage andⅣstage,ⅡandⅣ. Patients' symptom classifyquantization score inⅣstage was obviously higher thanⅠandⅡstage. There wasno significant difference in symptom classify quantization score between each patho-type.So the score did not relate with the patho-type.[Conclusion] International TNM staging dose not relate with the patho-type,International TNM staging relates with pattern of syndrome of TCM.Symptomclassify quantization score relates closely with International TNM staging and patternof syndrome of TCM. LⅣing quality of the patients in QiXueYuZhi pattern wasmuch lower than the other three patterns.
