Clinical Study On Relationship Between Syndrome Differentiation Of TCM And International TNM Staging, Patho-category And Correlated Tumor Markers In Patients With Primary Bronchogenic Carcinoma Of Lung

Objective:To study the relationship among Syndrome Differentiation of TCM and International TNM Staging,Patho-category and Correlated Tumor Markers in lung cancer,which supplies objective index for microcosmic syndrome differentiation of TCM in lung cancer.Methods:80 patients with lung cancer were classified into qi-asthenia phlegmatic hygrosis syndrome(QAPHS),qi and blood stasis syndrome(QBSS),yin- asthenia pyretic toxicity syndrome(YAPTS) and deficiency of qi and yin syndrome(DQYS). The 4 different types of TCM of lung cancer were compaered with International TNM Staging,Patho-category and Correlated Tumor Markers,for observing the change of index to study the relationship.The results:(1)The relationship of syndromes and patho-category:The disposition of syndromes is defferent in SqCa and ACA(P<0.05).Because the case is too small in SCLC,AdCa and LCLC,their comparison is no different.(2)The relationship of syndromes and TNM stage::The disposition of syndromes is significant defference in TNM stage(P<0.01).It is significant defference,in I stage andâ…¢stage,â… stage andâ…£stage, II stage and IIIstage(P<0.01)..It is defferent in II stage andâ…£stage(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of the syndromes'CEA:the serum level of CEA syndromes was as follows:DQYS> YAPTS> QBSS> QAPHS, It is significant defference, QAPHS and YAPTS, QAPHS and DQYS, QBSS and YAPTS, QBSS and DQYS(P<0.01). (4) Comparison of the syndromes'NSE:The serum level of NSE syndromes was as follows:DQYS> YAPTS> QBSS> QAPHS, It is significant defference in QAPHS and DQYS (P<0.Ol).It is defferent in QBSS and YAPTS, YAPTS and DQYS(P<0.05).(5) Comparison of the syndromes'CYFRA21-1:The serum level of CYFRA21-1 syndromes was as follows:DQYS> YAPTS> QBSS> QAPHS, It is significant defference in QAPHS and DQYS, QBSS and DQYS (P<0.Ol).It is defferent in QBSS and YAPTS, QAPHS and YAPTS (P<0.05).Conclusion:It is statistics difference about TNM stage and Patho-category in the syndromes. TNM stage and Patho-category are two indexes for microcosmic syndrome differentiation of TCM in lung cancer.It is also different about correlated tumor markers in lung cancer,however,it has important relation with Patho-category.If the tumor markers are the indexes,it has consummatting research to conform.
