Clinical Study On The Correlation Between TCM Syndrome Differentiation And International TNM Staging And Tumor Markers In 200 Patients With Primary Bronchial Lung Cancer

Objective1?By analyzing the literatures of traditional Chinese medicine or traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the study of lung cancer in recent 10 years,the status quo of TCM syndrome differentiation of lung cancer was analyzed statistically,and the distribution of common TCM syndromes in lung cancer was summarized,which provided an objective basis for further study of TCM syndrome differentiation of lung cancer.2 ? To explore the objective basis of microcosmic syndrome differentiation of Lung Cancer by studying the relationship between the primary lung cancer TCM Syndromes and TNM stage and its associated tumor markers(CEA,CA199,CA125,CA153,TSGF,SCC-Ag,NSE,CYFRA21-1,Pro GRP,VEGF),With a view to the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of lung cancer to do the combination of chinese and western medicine.Methods1?Retrieved January 2007-November 2016 Wanfang database and the Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI)included in the study of traditional Chinese medicine or integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in lung cancer literature,according to the literature into the standard and exclusion criteria for screening of lung cancer TCM syndrome differentiation Of the literature,by analyzing the number of TCM syndromes in the literature and the frequency of appear in the literature,summed up the distribution of common TCM syndromes of lung cancer.2?We divided 200 cases of primary bronchial lung cancer patients into qi-yin deficiency syndrome?qi deficiency and phlegm-dampness syndrome?qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome?yin-asthenia pyretic toxicity syndrome?phlegm-heat cumber lung syndrome five types of syndromes;By detecting the expression of serum tumor markers in each group of patients with lung cancer analyzed the relationship between the TCM syndromes and TNM stage and tumor markers.Results1?According to the frequency of lung cancer TCM syndrome in the literature and the number of cases,combined with the ratio between the types of be used as indicators of lung cancer microscopic syndrome.Lung cancer patients serum tumor markers CEA?CA199?CA125?SCC-Ag?NSE ? CYFRA21-1 ? VEGF levels TCM syndrome differentiation have a certain relevance,serum tumor marker can be considered as an assistant objective basis for the TCM syndrome type of lung cancer.
