| Reviewed the 20 more years history of health care reforms of our country, the competition of medical market is the truth in front of us, the medical industry can develop forward healthy only by introducing the competition mechanism. Under condition of socialist market, it is a great subject that must be studied for a long time that is how to make the hospital develop forward in a healthy and orderly manner, how to make the nonprofit hospital survives in the competition in order to meet the needs of the people to medical treatment and health care. The study of hospital competitions can not only offer new thinking of new strategic developing direction and culture management for hospital, but also can make the hospital maximize favorable factors and minimize unfavorable ones to meet impact and challenge of the social environment.By analyzing the present situation at home and abroad, the paper puts forward the conception of hospital competitiveness, which is the comprehensive dynamic comparative ability of hospital possessed through disposing or creating medical resources in the competitive market environment, compared with other hospitals of the substitutability service in occupying the market, creating value, maintaining development etc. Analyze the frame and relevant models studied according to the source theory of the competitiveness; propose the model hypothesis of hospital competitiveness with" resource-environment-conduct-performance" course of resource ". Choired the system of the competitiveness evaluation index in order the expert consult questionnaire (Delphi's law), utilized level analytical method to confirm index of each level's weight coefficient, set up the fuzzy appraisal model. Through sample 10 hospitals having more than 100 sickbeds as the examples which are nonprofit hospitals of urban area of Guangzhou is proved with this appraisal model, the practicability and operational of the model tested. The result manifests, the analysis result of expert consult and level analytic approach support hospital competitiveness model hypothesis. The nonprofit hospital resource, the environment and conduct have prominent and direct effects to the performance of competing(P<0.05). |
