Qingreliangxue Hormone Dependent Dermatitis Treatment Made Mold Guinea Pig Experimental Study

This method divides five groups including animal model of guinea pig's hormone dependent dermatitis group, the external using hormone degression group, the oraling the western medicine Comparation group, the Chinese native medicine decoctum oraling group, and the Chinese medicine decoctum oraling adding dermatitis lotion group. Each group has eight guinea pigs. To observe the skin-damaged shape and the pathology change of each group's guinea pigs around the test , and to observe medicine curative effect of each group.Finally: Through the treatment, the mold skin's appearance of the experimental groups has obvious change for the better. The observation under the mirror demonstrates it has not appeared the phenomenon that the black element cell increases in the nitrate—silver dyeing epidermis; the dermatrophia has the varying degree to change for the better and the derma soake cell number has decreased in the HE dyeing experimental groups and it has not appeared the capillary to expand. Curative effect of the Chinese native medicine decoctum oraling group and the external using hormone degression group are more better than others. Curative effect of the Chinese native medicine decoctum oraling group is the same to the oraling the western medicine Comparation groupConclusion" The refrigerating and colding blood law is effective to treat the hormone dependent dermatitis. The curative effect of the refrigerating and colding blood law is the almost same to the hormone degression therapy' s and the antihistamine therapy's. But the curative effect of the internal and the wash-out medicine together is more better than simple use. and it has not hormone bounce-back phenomeno. And its medicinal mechanism needs to further study.
