ObjectiveThis study was designed to study the typical syndromes of patients with deficiency of blood and dryness.And to summarize the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of this syndrome of hormone-dependent dermatitis.Besides studing the correlation analyze between acupuncture combined with oral loratadine.To providing the basis for the treatment of blood deficiency and dryness hormone-dependent dermatitis,and lay the foundation for further acupuncture treatment.MethodThis study will be included in 80 cases of facial blood deficiency and dryness hormone-dependent dermatitis patients,which dicided into the treatment group and the control group in 40 cases.The treatment group use acupuncture combined with oral loratadine and the control group use tacrolimus combining with oral loratadine.In the absence of treatment these patients use vitamin B6 ointment with cold spray to relieve symptoms.As 20 days for a course of treatment,after 2 courses the treatment is ended.Reference to the relevant literature in recent years to develop symptom integral criteria.DLQI was used to evaluate the scores of both two group of the patients before and after treatment and 2 weeks after treatment.The improvement of the subjective and objective symptoms and the improvement of the quality of life was taken as the criterion for the evaluation of the quality of the disease.To carry out statistical analysis,to determine the clinical treatment effect,recurrence rate and the corresponding quality of life.ResultsAfter treatment,the subjective and objective symptoms and quality of life scores were significantly lower than those before the treatment(P<0.05).Which means both two treatments had a therapeutic effect on hormone-dependent dermatitis(P<0.05).After the treatment,comparing the score of the two groups except skin atrophy were significantly improved.After treatment for 2 weeks,the score of the treatment group and the control group were significantly higher than those in the before ones except desquamation,color and skin atrophy(P<0.05).From the point of view of efficacy,the treatment group and the control group after treatment and two weeks after treatment the total efficiency of the visit,the difference is not significant(P>0.05).However,the recurrence rate was 7.5%in the treatment group and 30.0%in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of treatment group was lower than that in control group.The quality of life scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Overall,both therapies have effect on hormone-dependent dermatitis.The experiments show that acupuncture combined with oral loratadine is better than the topical tacrolimus ointment on long-term efficacy and recurrence rate and improve the quality of life of patients(P<0.05).The improvement of symptoms and the quality of life of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)ConclusionAcupuncture combined with oral loratadine can significantly improve the symptoms and quality of life of patients with blood deficiency and dryness of hormone-dependent dermatitis.There are several advantages of the treatment group like good effect,small side effects and safely in the long term.It provedes a newer idea on the diagnosis and treatment for hormone-dependent dermatitis.
