| Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Yufutuihong decoction and its influence on IgE?Dermatology life quality index(DLQI)and IL-10?TNF-alevels in serum in patients with facial hormone dependence dermatitis(FHDD).Methods:108 patients with FHDD were collected.Fill in thr case sheet and statistics the general personal data(age,gender,BMI value,marriage status,nationality and native place),and the incidence of the disease(Protopathy,external hormone treatment history and course of disease).They were divided into observation group and control group randomly.In 4 weeks' therapy,both groups were treated by Cetirizine Tablets.Besides,the observation group was treated by Yufutuihong decoction.Then compare the total effective rates?symptoms and IgE?DLQI and IL-10?TNF-alevels in serum before and after treatment between two groups.Results:1?In 108 cases,female patients are 3.70 times more than male.Most patients are between 30-49 years old.57.94%of patients have normal BMI,29.91%are overweight or obese,12.5 1%are underweight.90.18%of patients are married.The Han nationality comprise 94.39%.Patients from Beijing accounted for 71.30%,followed by Hebei?Heilongjiang?Liaoning?Henan and other province.Before the patients use hormone ointment,22.22%of them were diagnosed by allergic dermatitis,19.44%were rosacea,followed by epifolliculitis,seborrheic dermatitis,facial eczema and solar dermatitis.25.00%of patients' diagnosis is unknow.22 patients have been used more than one kind of hormone ointments.Compound dexamethasone cream accounted for 29.63%,halometasone cream accounted for 26.85%,hydrocortisone butyrate cream accounted for 24.07%,momethasone furoate cream accounted for 17.59%,followed by clobetasol propionate unguent,fluronium cream and desonide cream And 16 of patients' drugs were unknow.The shortest duration of the disease is 1 month,the longest is 129 months.The mean(+standard deviation)of course is 23.76±29.37 months2?The total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,papules,tingling,telangiectasia and tightness in the control group were not significantly changed(P>0.05).In the observation group,the symptoms of tingling were not significantly improved(P>0.05),while papules,erythema,desquamation,telangiectasia,burning,itching,tightness and the total score of symptoms were significantly improved(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the observation group,the control group showed more significant improvement in desquamation,burning and total score(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in DLQI between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,there was no statistically significant improvement in clothing selection,social entertainment,physical exercise,work,family and friends,sexual life and disease treatment in the control group(P>0.05),but significant improvement in symptom perception,psychological perception,daily activities and total score(P<0.05).In the observation group,daily activities,family and friends,and sexual life were all P>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.The improvement of remaining symptoms and total score was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the observation group,the total score of the observation group improved significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the improvement of specific symptoms(P>0.05)Before the treatment,the IL-10?TNF-? and IgE levels in both groups had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After 4 weeks,the levels of IL-10 were increased while TNF-? levels were reduced in both groups(P<0.05).The change of IgE had no statistically significant difference in two groups(P>0.05).The change of IL-1 0 and TNF-?in observation group were significantly better than those in control group.Conclusion:Yufutuihong decoction can significantly improve the syptoms of FHDD patients.It can also improve the function of inhibit inflammatory response.This reserch proved that Yufutuihong decoction can treat FHDD effectively... |
