| The paper is based on Professor Hu Yong-sheng's academic thoughts and clinical experience, and have a research on formula and herbs of treating hypertension of irascibility. Summarizing the law of his using formula and herbs while treating hypertension , so as to have benefit to clinical work in treating this kind of disease . Meanwhile we did clinical observation and experimental research with the formula ,Qing gan xie huo tang , established by Professor Hu Yong-sheng. The paper applies Qing gan xie huo tang treating hypertension of irascibility. In aspect of improving symptoms and laboratory index , the treatment group is superior to contrast group . The above result shows that the formula do their work mainly in regulating the balance of yin and yang of the whole body by diagnosis and treatment based on an overall analysis of signs and symptoms . This is the superiority of Traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese herbs . In experimental aspect , we observe and survey the effect of Qing gan xie huo tang to the rats' oxygen free radicals (OFR) and SOD , which can resist the oxidation ; and make an inquiry into the protective function to the blood vessel cells . The above research provides a reliable experimental evidence for progressive applying this formula in clinical work . |
