Objective To explore professor Huang Yong-sheng's medication regularities in curing coronary heart disease.Methods Collected from yong-sheng huang,a professor at the diagnosis and treatment of cases of patients with Cironary heaet disease,which focused on the medicine been used,especially the internal therapy.Database was established with Excel software,the medicine serves as the variable,the medicine found in prescriptions was valuated as 1,the medicine absence in prescriptions was valuated as 0.Frequency analysis was appllied to find the commonly used medicine category,clustering analyses was appllied to find the prescription their components with close interrelationship,all above methods were been used to explore the regulations of Chinese herbs usage.Results Collect Prof.Huang Yong-sheng's the treatment of coronary heart disease of first prescription 659,total drug use frequency of13673 times,a total of 190 herbs,39 flavour core drugs,accounting for 88.94% of the total drug use frequency.Clustering analysis was carried out on the 39 flavour core drugs,it is concluded that three kinds of core prescription.ConclusionProf.Prof.Huang Yong-sheng's combinations of prescriptions in curing coronary heart disease have distinct features.Using nourishing Kidney and soothing Liver,warming yang and benefiting qi,dewetting expectorant and went stasis treatment to treat and prevent coronary heart disease,its drug law embodies the professor Huang Yong-sheng ' s clinical treatment of coronary heart disease is based on "Yin deficiency and qi stagnation","latent pathogenic cold" and "stasis can water" theory.
