Clinical Study Of Tongfusufei Soup Treating Acutely Exacerbate Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Which Period In Heat Phlegm In The Lung

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effects of tongfusufei soup treating Acutely Exacerbate Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease which period in heat phlegm in the lung. Discuss the mechanism of action about the treatment of lung and intestine, and provide objective basis for integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of AECOPD.Methods:60 cases of AECOPD of heat phlegm in the lung type were divided into the trial group and the comparative group in freedom, each group has 30 patients. The comparative group were treated in western medicine:antibiotics, apophlegmatisant, antispasmodic, hormones, etc. the trial group were treated in western medicine combined with tongfusufei soup. The period of treatment is 7 days, then collect the data about of syndrome of traditional Chinese Medicine and body character, lung function, C-reactive protein. Using SPSS 19.0 statistical software analyse the data.Results:1.Comparing syndrome of traditional Chinese Medicine and body character of the treatment of AECOPD, there are significantly different between the two groups (P<0.01). The comparison group is 76.67%,but the total effectiveness of the trial group is 93.33%. The trial group is better than the comparative group. After treatment, comparison of the two groups is significant difference in the respect of cough, sputum, dyspnea, abdominal distension (P<0. 05).But the trial group is better than that of the comparison group. In the fever, wheezing symptoms after treatment, compared the two groups has no significant difference (P>0.05).2. the two groups after treatment compared with those before treatment has improved in the lung function, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).3. The C-reactive protein of the two groups after treatment is lower than those before treatment,the difference is very notable(p<0.001). After therapy, C-reactive protein of the trial group is lower than the comparative and there are remarkable statistic difference between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of tongfusufei soup combined with western medicine can better improve curative effect for AECOPD patients which period in heat phlegm in the lung. The therapy is advantageous to the patients with cough, sputum, dyspnea, abdominal distension etc. And decrease the level of CRP. the lung function is improved. Compared with simple western medicine conventional therapy,the curative effect is obvious, and Xuanbaichengqi soup have not an adverse response. Traditional Chinese medicine treat the human body as a whole, it has an advantage than western medicine.
