ObjectsTo study the concentration of the Ca²⁺ about the intra-erythrocyte and the ectoerythrocyleand the activity of Ca²⁺—Mg²⁺—ATPase in the cellular membrane of the erythrocyte. We can find the thoery whether we should add calcium and how to add. We canelevate the curative effect through it and cut down the death and disablement.Methods:To determine the concentration of the Ca²⁺ about the intra -erythrocyte and the ectoerythrocyteof the 30 neonates with HIE at the age of 0-3 days after birth by the FCM. To determine the activity of Ca²⁺—Mg²⁺—ATPase in the cellular membrane of the erythrocyte of the 30 neonates with HIE by chemi- chromometry. The patients are moderate or severe HIE. The control group include the 20 full-term newborns with the aspirated pneumonia or cataposis symptom complex. To separate the patients to the patients added calcium and not, then todetermine again.Results:The concentration of the Ca²⁺ about the ecto-erythrocyte descend significantly in neonates with HIE at the age of 0-3 days after birth (P<0.05), the concentration of the Ca²⁺ about the intra-erythrocyte increase of the patient, the activity of Ca²⁺—Mg²⁺—ATPase in the cellular membrane of the erythrocyte of the 30 neonates with HIE descend significantly. The concentration of the Ca²⁺ about the ecto-erythrocyte and the activity of Ca²⁺—Mg²⁺—ATPase in the cellular membrane of the erythrocyte elevate, the concentration of the Ca²⁺ about theintra-erythrocyte also descend ,but it is still higher than the health.Conclusions:The concentration of the Ca²⁺ about the intra-erythrocyte is overloading and the concentration of the Ca²⁺ about the ecto-erythrocyte descend and the activity of Ca²⁺—Mg²⁺—ATPase in the cellular membrane of the erythrocyte descend significantly of the neonates with HIE. The The concentration of the Ca²⁺ about the intra-erythrocyte did not increase when we add calcium.It is feasible to add calcium when the HIE emerge clinical manifestation about hypocalcemia. But wecan not find whether the adding calcium should extend the time of the concentration of the Ca about the intra-erythrocyte,we suggest we should add calcium in the short term.
