Observation On Chai-hu Hemostatic Oral Liquid To Activity Of Sod And Na~+k~+-atpase In Human Uterine Organism Inserted With Iud

Purpose:To investigate the mechanism of Chaihu Zhixueye stopping bleeding to cure the uterine bleeding side-effect with IUD, in order to provide experimental foundation for further investigation of the basic theory of TCM such as liver storing blood, and to provide new thought and method to cure haemorrhagia.Method:we acquire human uterine organism by culture of organism and homogenization. Then observe the effect of the serum containing Chaihu Zhixueye by testing the activity of SOD and Na+K+-ATPase that the human uterine organism excrete.Results:Compare to the blank serum, serum of Chaihu Zhixueye can enhance the activity of SOD and Na+K+-ATPase (P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum of Chaihu Zhixueye can stop the bleeding to cure the side-effect of uterus with IUD through adjusting the founction of liver, that maybe due to serum of Chaihu Zhixueye can adjust the activity of SOD and Na+K+-ATPase that the human uterine organism excrete. So that serum of Chaihu Zhixueye can accelerate repair of the human uterine organism then stop the abnormal bleeding.
