| Purpose: For with leading , pulling method for the skill of the Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion(LIDP),to observe its curative effect to carry on analysis, to inquiry into the mechanism of LIDP ,and the treatment clinic orientation certificate, provide a reference for the clinical treatment of aftertime.Method: Choose to make a definite LIDP and accord with 116 cases random divide for two groups, one group with 58 cases is leading method treat and the other matched group with 58 cases is pulling method treat .In the way that to observe changes of clinical symptom and image, we can carry on analytical its clinical curative effect.Result: In the group with leading method, 15 cases curing account 25.86%, 21 cases showing result account 36.21%, 17 cases utility account 29.31%, 5 invalid account 8.62% , total efficient is 91.38%. And In the other group with pulling method, 9 cases curing account 15.52%, 15 cases showing result account 25.86%, 23 cases utility account 39.65%, 11 invalid account 18.97%, total efficient is81.03%. It's discovered that in the meantime with the follow-up visit, curative effect of leading mether is better, and the nerve root is pressed symptom to compare lightly, the patient can live and work normally. Only very few count of the patient have to have an operation.Thus leading method is a valid treatment method , and this treatment method should be first election for the patient with LIDP.Conclusion: The LIDP patient treat in leading method all can get satis clinical curative effect. The content curative effect makes manifest that basic principle of treatment of LDIP is that relieves outstanding organization to the oppression of the nerve root or the horsetail and lowers its tension cures. In the LDIP treatment,Leading method procure very good curative effect, and deserve a further research and expand. |
