From September 2005 to March 2007, the author chose 60 patients with hypertension marked this type from the Cardiovascular Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of T. C. M. They were randomly separated into two groups. 30 patients were treated by pingyi norish prescription in treatment group, and 30 patients were treated by QINGXUAN Decline Blood Pressure Tablet in contral group.Results Both the effect of Decline to bloodpressure and Ease symptom , Group 1 surpasses Group 2. The results of observation have shown that the concrol group had better be effective than the treatment one with 86.7% & 63.3% in general effective rate about dicrease of score in the blood pressure , Statistical analysis showed that they had obvious statistical discrepancy. On the other hand it shown that the concrol group had better be effective than the treatment one with 83.3% &56. 7% in general effective rate on symptoms and signs. Statistical analysis showed that they had obvious statistical discrepancy too. And in treating symptoms such as vertigo, headache, weakness of knees , umbar sore, decline the fever of the palm of the hand and foot the treatment group is better than contral group, and there is no obvious statistical discrepancy about the rest symptoms. The above-mentioned result express that the methods of Tradition Chinese Medicine have uncommon advantage in the treatment of hypertension . It can not only obviously make the blood pressure lower, but also alleviate symptom, have no poisonous side effect in the meantime, and this raise the sufferer exists quality. But the research still has some insufficient, such as shorter enough cases, and simple research mode , the lack of objective criteria. The author will try to perfect the research project on the basis of this research.
