Analysis the 823 prescription data, it is concluded that structured data,by double responsible for entry of TCMISS, according to data sources including literature, clinic and syndromes were statistical data, and the frequency table, histogram and network display chart type, from different angles show the data analysis results.Result:Main types of treatment of hypertension in the statistical literature including hyperactivity of liver-yang, liver and kidney Yin deficiency, phlegm wet indicates; selection of medication frequency in drug appear in the top three in turn is Gouteng, Niuxi, Tianma; the frequency of drug use are tonic, antipyretic, relieving drugs, drugs for resolving phlegm, Qi medicine etc.; Four gas is given priority to with cold, warm, flat, five tastes is given priority to with sweet, bitter, xin, meridian with liver meridian most, followed by the spleen, kidney, heart; Core drug combination for:Baizhu-Fuling-Tianma-Gouteng-Shijueming-Niuxi-Baishao of 7 kinds of Chinese traditional medicine.In the clinical part, I collect 230 prescriptions with essential hypertension treatment, involving 175 of Traditional Chinese medicine, according to the drug in frequency from high to low respectively Banxia, Huangqin, Chaihu, Guizhi, Fuling, etc.,including heat medicine, tonify deficiency, nourish the medicine, spleen, eliminating phlegm cough antiasthmatic and flat liver extinguish wind medicine, etc.; It is concluded that the core combinations: Banxia-Huangqin-Chaihu-Guizhi-Fuling of 5 kinds of Chinese traditional medicine, and 6 group of new composite. Treatment of liver Yang syndrone hypertension received 145 prescriptions, contains 172 kinds of Chinese traditional medicine,15 high-frequency drug combination,10 group high frequency correlation analysis and 4 new combination. Treatment of phlegm wet indicates altogether collected 131 prescriptions of hypertension,161 of Chinese traditional medicine,14 kinds of high-frequency drug combinations,11 kinds of high frequency correlation analysis and 5 group of new composite.Conclusion:1. Apply TCMISS collected clinical prescription were analyzed, It is concluded that high frequency core medicine prescription of treating hypertension and high frequency link, and core formula "Banxia-Huangqin-Chaihu-Guizhi-Fuling",In theory can be as a basic formula for the treatment of hypertension, can cure all kinds of patients with hypertension; On the basis of the entropy clustering analysis concluded that the new combination, mainly is the function of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, analgesic, clear heat phlegm, invigorating spleen qi and water., that appropriate to the pathological factors of hypertension disease. The above card type is analyzedand by using TCMISS,that conclusion liver Yang syndrone type and phlegmy wet type indicates sheng new combination, in theory to guide the clinical treatment of patients with high blood pressure.3.
