Clinical Research On Congestive Heart Failure Treated By Tradition Chinese Medicine

Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of Yi Qi Yang Xin Tang for congestive heart failure (CHF). Methods: Sixty with CHF Observation cardiac function II to IV according to the grande scale of cardiac function-New York Heart Association (NYHA) were randomly divided into the study group(n=30) and the control group(n= 30). The general therapy of the two groups was the same. In addition, the study group was administered a decoction of Yi Qi Yang Xin Tang, which includes Radix Ginseng,Radix Ophipogonis, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Radix Aconiti Praeparata and Astragalin, Fructus schisandrae, Flos Carthami,Semen Prantaginis, Rhizoma Chuanxiong. 14days constituting one therapeutic course. Results: The effect Before treatment on cardiac function of the two groups was superior to that after treatment. In the control group, the total effective rate being the 70%, But in the study group, the total effective rate being the 86.7%. The compare of the two groups was obvious difference (P<0.05). The change in the parameters of cardiac function(cardiac output(CO) and cardiac index(CI) and QT dispersity(ATd)) of the study group was superior to that of the control group. Conclusion:Yi Qi Yang Xin Tang has good effects on CHF, and no side-effects are found.
