Clinical Analysis Of 7 Cases Of Bartter Syndrome

Seven cases of Bartter syndrome were reported and reviewed retrospectively. Usually fatigue was common in adults. Bartter syndrome was characteristic of hypokalemia, metabolic alkalosis, elevations of plasma renin activity, angiotensin II and aldosterone and juxtaglomerular apparatus hyperplasia. Supplementation of potassium choloride Was the mainmanner of therapy.
