Bartter syndrome and the autoimmune polyendocrine syndrome are two groups of rare disorders. The patient has Addison's disease, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, baldness, megaloblastic anemia ever, so the diagnosis of autoimmune polyendocrine syndrome is right. The patient has hypokalemic metabolic alkalosis, and elevated renin and aldosterone levels, with normal or low blood pressure. So she is diagnosis Battter syndrome. The unusual coincidence of Bartter syndrome and autoimmune polyendocrine syndrome is described.
