The Clinical Observation Of Dredge Meridians And Governor Vessel Tuina In Treating Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion

Objective:Lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion(LIDP) is a common clinical disease, and is the most common etiological factor to cause low back pain and sciatica. This study is based on the systematic analysis of clinical literature, and aims to evaluate the clinical effect and nerve root microcirculation of tuina in treating LIDP,to explain the pathogenesis of LIDP and mechanism effect of Dredge Meridians and Governor Vessel Tuina in LIDP by the clinical research and the empirical study of rat model.It can form a canon of treating LIDP which is effective and easy to promote.Method:(1)The adoption of domestic and foreign literature study on lumbar disc herniation of the pathogenesis of Chinese and Western medicine, traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment research, as well as acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation Research Progress (2)Choice of diagnostic criteria in line with the 40cases (with reference to the 1994 enactment of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the "efficacy of TCM diagnostic criteria for certification") of the patients with LIDP parallel control, random single-blind design method, using random number table generated by the subjects handled by a random arrangement, patients were divided into phases with different forms of Dredge Meridians and Governor Vessel Tuina treatment group 20 cases, conventional Tuina control group stages 19 cases,10 days for 1 course of treatment, observation of two courses. Patients in each group were observed before treatment, treatment 2 treatment after the Sign and symptom score.Results:The results showed that the integrated score after treatment, two groups of patients and treatment of pre-integrated points of comparison, significant improvement (P<0.05); but the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05). After 2 treatment course treatments, the treatment group cures 6 examples, to show results 9 examples, the effective 3 examples, not 2 example. The control group cures 3 examples, to show results 7 examples, the effective 5 examples, invalid 4 examples. The clinical curative effect and the healing rate aspect demonstrated after the chi-square test that two group of method of treatment clinical healing's rate difference has statistics significance, the treatment group surpasses the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1) There is a significant improvement(p<0.01)of the Sign and symptom score both in the treatment group and the control groupbefore and after the treating period.But the treatment group is better.(2) Dredge Meridians and Governor Vessel Tuina has a good treatment effect on LIDP, is a kind of tuina methods on curative effect, operability and easily promotion.
