The Clinical Research On Treating Lidp With The Treatment Of Tong Drugs For External Use With Spine-Pelvis-Hip Manipulation.

[Objective]:To observe the clinical effect of treating Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Prolapse by the method Chinese medicine Tong agent for external use,coordinating with Spine-Pelvis-Hip manipulation.[Methods]:90 cases were selected who were diagnosed Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation in the Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital from June 2007 to November 2008.And they were randomly divided into three groups,each group 30 cases.The treated group(30 cases)was taken by Chinese medicine Tong agent for external use,coordinating with Spine-Pelvis-Hip massage manipulation.And the control groupⅠ(30cases)was only taken by Spine-Pelvis-Hip manipulation,while the control groupⅡ(30cases)was taken by simple Chinese medicine Tong agent for external use.By the graded standard of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Prolapse,the syptoms of the patients were graded before and after the treatment.The statistic scors were analyzed and the conclusionswere gotten.[Results]:There is a significant difference between the treated group and the control groups(P＜0.05)after the treatments,with statistical significance,such as the single symptoms,general symptoms,and comprehensive efficacy.[Conclusion]:The treatment to Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation,which is the Chinese medicine Tong agent for external use coordinating with Spine-Pelvis-Hip manipulation,is not only better than the treatment of simple Spine-Pelvis-Hip manipulation,but also better than the treatment of simple Chinese medicine Tong agent for external group.The treatment of Chinese medicine Tong agent for external use coordinating with Spine-Pelvis-Hip manipulation can enhance the effects,they have synergy effect to each other.So the treatment of Chinese medicine Tong agent for external use coordinating with Spine-Pelvis-Hip manipulation manipulation and Tong drugs for external use have the merits at operation simple,safe and effective,non-toxic side effects of characteristics,worth promotion.
